Scott Spearly is a handful on the harp: Blues, Bluegrass, Boogie Woogie, Country and Folk are all styles he favors on the harmonica, as well as guitar. His brain child The Knuckle Dusters are now in their 14th season.

Scott is also an avid writer. He's penned over 100 songs and instrumentals for guitar, and his music writing appeared most recently in the October 2008 issue of JAZZIZ magazine.

In the spring of 2006 one of  Spearly's blues titled "Gone" hit the big screen with the release of FATWA, an independent film with international distribution from Capitol City Entertainment. His homespun material also raised eyebrows in Americana and Blues circles in 2005, with his recording "Driving With My Knee". Bruce Iglauer at Alligator records called Spearly "a good song writer with real talent."
