Tim Mitchell                                     

Tim Mitchell is a gentleman on the guitar in the tradition of Doc Watson and Chet Atkins. Tim grew up playing everything from traditional fiddle tunes, to classic rock & roll, to funk and Christmas tunes. He's an intricate finger-picker and can flat-pick with the best of them. Music was present in his family from an early age with his father playing organ and his older brother, Tom, playing guitar. Tim can also play traditional melodies on the mandolin, and he has performed at several Civil War reenactments and traditional square dances over the last three decades.
