Rooted in Blues, Texas Swing, and Old Time Fiddle traditions, the Knuckle Dusters beat out a raw mix of tunes throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The acoustic combo features the talents of Tim Mitchell (guitar, mandolin) Scott Spearly (guitar, vocals, harmonica), Mindy Morris (vocals), Paul Mackrell (banjo, vocals) & some talented guest fiddlers. Accepting bookings for dinner theatres, festivals, corporate functions, weddings, parties and just about any private endeavor under the sun, The Knuckle Dusters offer  vintage Americana true to form.        
 

The 2005 season is shaping up as The Knuckle Dusters fill in their calendar for the year. Scheduled appearances will include venues such as Port City Java (Hagerstown, MD), The Washington/Dulles Marriot (District of Columbia), The Avalon Music and Arts Festival (Paw Paw, WV ), Phoenixville Hospital (Philadelphia, PA), Smithsburg Pride Days (Smithsburg, MD), Quad Graphics Corporate Picnic (Martinsburg, WV), The Homecoming Day Festival (Orbisonia, PA), Viddles & Vettes (Carlisle, PA),   The Mayfair Festival of The Arts (Allentown, PA), The Shamrock (Hagerstown, MD) as well as numerous weddings and private engagements up and down the eastern interstate highways. Stay tuned for more as The Knuckle Dusters update their performance dates regularly.

The 2004 season was one fun and adventure for the Knuckle Dusters, with scheduled appearances at The Wolf's Den (Smithsburg, MD), and for The Midwest Alliance of Sovereign Tribes (The Holiday Inn Capitol -  Washington, DC).  Trail riding, and mountain music were the task at hand for the Knuckle Dusters when they visited The Andora Farm (Fredricksburg, VA).  Local favorite Rue's Food & Spirits (Mercersburg, PA) hosted the Knuckle Dusters in May, as did the Veteran's Administration Hospital (Martinsburg, WV) for a Memorial Day performance. After some camping and fishing in the summer months, The Knuckle Dusters finished out the year with a handful of private engagements and festivals.

Books and Music hosted The Knuckle Dusters on May 30, 2003.  A follow up performance sponsored by Rococco (Hagerstown, MD) took place during The The Western Maryland Blues Fest on May 31st. The Knuckle Dusters rounded out the year with numerous private functions including a performance at Edward Jones Investments (McConnellsburg, PA).  The Knuckle Dusters performed a limited schedule in the winter months of 2003 to record and produce their latest release of original music "Driving With My Knee".

The 2002 Knuckle Dusters season started with a rumble at McKnight Cycle  (Hagerstown, MD). They covered some familiar and uncharted highway performing at Rococco (Hagerstown, MD), Smithsburg Pride Days (Smithsburg, MD), Rue's Tavern (Mercersburg, PA), a Toys for Tots Benefit (Wayensboro, PA), and the Civil War Weekend (Mercersburg, PA).   The Knuckle Dusters rounded out their winter schedule with performances at The Market Cross Pub (Carlisle, PA) and The Broad Axe (Hagerstown, MD). Please check the Schedule page for up-to-date performance information.                                                                                                                                 The Knuckledusters spent most of the  2001 season in the studio, but managed to squeeze in performances at the Martinsburg Veteran's Administration Hospital (West Virginia),  the Market Cross Pub (Carlisle, PA), the Bentz Street Raw Bar (Frederick, MD),  Rue's Tavern (Mercersburg, PA) and the Bullfrog Brewery (Williamsport, PA). 

The 2000 season brought Knuckle Dusters performances to  Franco's Lounge & Music Club (Williamsport, PA), Rue's Tavern (Mercersburg, PA), the American Red Cross "Relay for Life" fundraiser at Black's Woods (Mercersburg, PA), The Hublersburg Hotel (Centre County, PA), The Market Cross Pub (Carlisle, PA) The Black Horse Tavern (Shippen Place Hotel, Shippensburg, PA) the Bullfrog Brewery (Williamsport, PA), The Bellefonte Arts festival  & The Bellefonte Elks (Centre County, PA) Shooters (Funkstown, MD) and to many other fine engagements. 

In 1998-99 the Knuckle Dusters performed across the region making stops at the  Bullfrog Brewery (Williamsport, PA), The Market Cross Pub (Carlisle, PA), Casey’s (Greencastle, PA), The Gingerbread Man (Shippensburg, PA), The Red Bat's Nest (Harrisonville, PA), The Stray Cat Café, (Keyser, WV), and the former Bombay Blues (Hagerstown, MD).
